Gay Or Happy: One Man's Journey Into Identity
From elementary school on, I never fit in with the boys. I lived every day in a fantasy world of codependent fixation on other males. Hopelessness and self-hatred were my normal. I had no sexual desires for females; only for males. And by age 17, I was suicidal from the inner turmoil. Bouts of porn and compulsive masturbation were my medication of choice, and I was powerless to resist them. And, after years of desperate prayer & Christian psychotherapy, I had experienced zero change in my sexual desires…until I discovered some kingdom realities and my life in Christ became deeply experiential. Jesus died for our sexual wholeness and freedom. This is the story of how I got free.
Can You Be Gay and Christian? Responding with Love and Truth to Questions About Homosexuality
The question of how the church deals with homosexuality has become the great moral and spiritual issue of this generation. How do we respond to gay people who tell us how much they love the Lord and experience God’s power? How do we answer them when they say that the greatest law is the law of love, and that love requires us to embrace them as they are? What do we do with the argument that the Old Testament laws (such as the prohibition against homosexuality and the dietary laws) no longer apply? Gay and Christian? will provide solid biblical answers, clearly written and based on sound scholarship, in a compassionate way that causes the reader to wrestle with the issues and discover the biblical truth. The book also provides practical guidelines for ministry and shows readers how they can resist the gay agenda while reaching out to their gay friends and family.

Are We There Yet?
How do we respond to sexual brokenness in Truth and Love? How is homosexuality different than other struggles? Is simply having Same Sex attraction sinful? How do we as the Church walk alongside those with sexual identity struggles? Is the answer always a hard “NO” if I am invited to a Gay Wedding? Drew surrendered his broken sexuality to the Lordship of Christ in 1996, leaving behind a homosexual relationship. He chose to trust Christ with his future, believing that the Word of God was trustworthy, and that Christ would be faithful to give him a life worth living outside of a homosexual identity or relationship. This surrender began a process of transformation and healing confronting the issues of same sex attraction and overall relational dysfunction in his life. Drew takes the lessons he has learned in his own journey of transformation, as well as two decades of experience walking alongside those who struggle with their sexuality, and those in the LGBTQ community, to address these questions with pastoral insight, spiritual depth, humor, and practical wisdom.

Choosing
High school freshman Tracy McKenzie thinks her biggest dilemma is figuring out if Charlie is still her best friend—until her little brother comes home and says Jason, a boy in his second-grade class, is now Jessica. Wait—you can choose your gender? What does it mean to transition? Is that even possible? And what’s going on with the M’s? What’s the deal with SOGI anyway, and is it catching?
Like I DON’T HAVE TO CHOOSE, this new book for tweens and teens (and adults) focuses on gender, but CHOOSING delves into transgender issues. Both of these books adhere to a Biblical and scientific perspective.
